24-hour notice is required for all appointment cancellations.  We reserve the right to charge for the full amount of scheduled service(s) should this policy be disregarded.

To make the most of your scheduled appointment, please arrive on time.  Late arrival to your appointment will simply result in a shortened session.  Please call if you are more than 10 minutes late, as this will impact the timeliness and quality of your session and in some cases require rescheduling. 

We love children, but due to the focused nature of the technician's work and the dangers certain equipment may pose, we ask that you refrain from bringing children to the spa. 

Appointments are mainly coordinated via voice mail/text/email.  Please identify a few time/date options.
